Cancellation Policy

Deposits expire after 30 days. Reschedules may be requested up to 24-hours prior to the start of a session. A session may be rescheduled ONCE and the deposit will transfer. If the client must reschedule again, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book the next session. Cancelations can be requested up to 48-hours prior to the start of a session. The deposit will be forfeited for all cancelations. Should a cancelation occur within 48-hours before the start of a session or the client is a no-show, the remaining balance will be due within 3 business days. Clients who cancel twice in a row or who no-show will be required to pay for any future session in total prior to receiving an appointment confirmation.
